Civil Engineer with an emphasis on Water Resources and the Environment graduated from the Polytechnic School of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Studying for a Doctorate in Civil Engineering, in the area of Water Resources and Sanitation in the Civil Engineering Program, COPPE/UFRJ. He is a researcher at the Laboratory of Computational Hydraulics, which is part of LabH2O at COPPE / UFRJ. He works in the area of Civil Engineering, with emphasis on Sanitation, Hydraulic Engineering, Stormwater Management, Urban Drainage and Hydraulic Modeling. He has experience with the Flow Cell Model – MODCEL, developed at UFRJ by professors Marcelo Gomes Miguez and Flavio Cesar Borba Mascarenhas. He was part of the team of engineers for the structuring axes of Sanitation and Environmental Resilience within the scope of the Integrated Urban Development Plan for the Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro.
